By this logic the entire ban system could be removed since everything can be countered. So my idea is to ensure, that the ban system is required by creating a champion that cannot be countered.
Chuck Norris: Q, W, E, R: 0 sec. cooldown, destroys enemy nexus, and wins the game.
No possible way to counter, and no way to win against it. The only way to deal with it is picking before enemy does, or banning it.
This way the ban system saved since you need to ban at least one champion or risk lose to first pick. Also we give more power to the first picker team since they can afford not to ban him.
