RIOT IS SCARED OF TEEMO MAINS

The one champion main Rito is scared of. (Along with Yasuo Mains ofc) So Teemo was recently going to get a rework to not be a braindead champ after the 25-30 min mark or even before if he's fed. (I'm a Teemo main, trust me I know) I was playing the reworked version on pbe and I think that it's a well-designed plan but does a bit less dmg but Idk. I like the shroom changes, more shrooms but less dmg. The Q could be better, make it a skill shot but give it the ability to also blind people from using abilities. Teemo's W should be a dash that empowers his poisons and leaves poison behind him that slows down people chasing him. His movement speed passive on w should be only active when not attacking for 1-2 secs. His new E (stealth) should ramp up extra poison dmg based on how much he moved while stealthed. Make it so that if he waits too long he loses the buff. That way it's more interactive. Since that'd be too harsh towards people that love patient ganks on Teemo. Make it so that it costs some mana and they can reactivate it while in stealth that will show their position for a split second. Teemos shrooms should empower his allies so that enemies can see where the shrooms are in a team fight. This will open up doors for Teemo playing a support role. But what do you guys think, we should help our riot because they are stuck here and I can understand that.
