Champion Concept: The Minioneer
Minions have been out of the spotlight for far too long. It's time to bring them back with a champion that focuses on minions! (Not dead ones, Yorick.)
Passive: When a minion near you dies, it explodes into cotton candy that applies a slow in a radius approximately 5 minions wide. If no one touches the cotton candy for the duration of its existence it spawns 2 new minions, one allied and one enemy.
Q: Summon any minions in a circle about 5 minions wide from any spot on the map and teleport them to your lane, friend or foe. If a player complains about you taking his CS it's okay. You're not even in his lane.
W: Minions let out a mighty cheer, boosting your damage by .00001% per minion currently on the map. Plus, it's cute and makes people regret killing them.
E: Passive: Assign each minion an individualized name so you better connect with the minion and it becomes a part of who you are. Active: All minions are immune to fear and gain a shield for 10 percent of your max health.
R: Passive: For every minion that has died this game, you gain a stacking debuff that reduces the damage all champions and towers take by .005% per minion. Let's be friends forever! Active: Kill all minions in the game. Gold is donated to the charity of your choice. Terms and conditions apply.
