I haven't played fiddle in ages but I'm pretty sure his ult still fears enemy champions after a short duration

Although, I do agree that he needs a buff.

Not sure why this is in memes and games, I do agree that he needs some love. They should make the heal on his W a tad stronger IMO.

Needs higher base damage on his max level abilities. He rapidly decomposes at 30 minutes.
