Spamming the ctrl 1 in about .75 second intervals makes him twerk so idk why you'd want to ctrl 3

Garen ctrl 3 should do normal attack damage to any unit hit by its fists.

Imagine the shame of getting malz ulted, only to watch Garen come over, drop his sword, and boogie down on you.
