I think bard is good aram. Everybody clumps enough for good ults, good double stuns, w is very good since people can back, easy to collect chimes on your half the map, meap autos have a better chance of hitting multiple people
Bard is god tier in aram tbh.
The chimes spawn pretty close to your tower so you can safely get (some) of them (where as in rift you have to remember you only go for a few at a time too). His Q is almost garanteed to land as people are always stacked near minions. He provides heals which is always good for aram.
If you're a good bard, your E is pretty good if you can use it on the side of the map and go pretty far, and naturally his ultimates are good, when they're good. Its actually impactful if you use it at the same time you and allies spawn as you can go from inhib to tier 2 with it.
