Probably the most memorable bug was creating yasuo.
I remember those days we just had shits for giggles, but look at us now...
When we didn't have defense runes for whole year..

Viktor's interaction with old Twisted Fate's passive. For those who weren't around at the time, Viktor's ultimate did damage rapidly, several times per second instead of pulsing every two seconds, and Twisted Fate granted everyone on his team additional gold for CS instead of just to himself. So what happened? Somehow they made Viktor's ultimate trigger TF's passive for himself every time his ultimate damaged something - not killed, just damaged. So Viktor could pretty much walk up to a full HP minion wave with empty pockets, cast ultimate on it, then go back and buy a Deathcap.
Then they fixed it but made his laser go invisible. Seemed like for each fixed bug he got at least one new bug to show off.
On a second place I'd put a missing decimal point on Nasus' ultimate AP scaling. So instead of having a 0.01 scaling it had a 001 - on a skill that caused % damage. You could buy 1 AP item and go around dealing 100% max HP per second to anything getting anywhere near you.
The glitch that make my friend and the enemy ADC disappear from my vision. They both where In the game, since I still could hear their abilities and auto attaks, but their madels and projectiles weren't. My friend had to ping his location, It was so stupid. The glitch was fixed once I exited and reconnected, but I think that cost me the game. Didn't know Jhin and Twisted Fate where secretly ghosts, heh...
Others are Vladimir death T pose and sometimes Nautilus model just freezes, no animations, nothing, it's really hard when this happens to dodge his abilities. But you know I had fun with the first glitch, unfortunately I didn't record it...

Remember the Ashe bug/exploit where, if i rememnber correctly, she could target allies with her Q, and it broke the game?
From memory there were instances where it would cause crazy sht like the following:
- Azir being able to summon his passive on any dead enemy unit with no cooldown.
- Brand's autos being replaced with his ult, even before level 6.
- Fiora's autos being replaced with an infinite ult that lasted until the target died.
- Preventing Nasus's Q from stacking, instead applying Frost Shot's slow.
Morde jhin ghost 4th shot bug, also the most memorable (because it keeps happening) is when my client crashes in champ select and shop all the time
playing and ulting a garen while spinning and seeing his ghost spin into the enemy team.
or in nexus blitz I had a fed 
ghost and it went to the 1v1 challenge and i had gont on the sidelines, but I could still use the ghost, so I killed my teammates challenge without them even doing enything.
