Vlad sucks blood out of his victims with his a, but blitz has not blood in him. is vlad able to have oil inh him as well as blood

Why can Brand walk in the river no problem? Why does Nami get to buy boots but not Cass? Why do marksmans buy swords for more damage? Why can Fiddle throw crows at Brand but they don't get caught on fire? There's so much shit in this game that a lot of it doesn't make sense.

Wait a moment. Blitz is a steam golem. Bloods sucks body liquid of his victims... In most cases it happens to be blood but for blitz its his steam/water. Losing water leads to drop in pressure and negative impact on his performance. Which gameplay-wise manifests as lose of HP.
This made me think and now my brain hurts.
Yeah, not sure, though I think that Darius causing people to bleed should buff Vladmir, but that's probably really hard to implement too.

its the life force of his enemies hence why it doesnt look like thick blood when he uses q
