Try to be friendly to your teammates - you get keys by gaining honour.
You can buy key fragments with BE during some events. It is much worse for people like me who have 35 keys and no chests xd. I dont want to master all champs. I just want to play those I like.
i gain quite a lot of keys for positive behavior, but i play almost every champs so i always have more chest, while my cousin who is toxic so he doesnt have many key, still have more keys than chest because he play only gangplank and darius
