also: well LoL is constantly changing. learning the most obvious basics is something that helped me greatly. in season 3 i spent 1 hour in a custom game vs 1 bot where i was only focusing on last hitting (bot was just to simulate pressure, my goal was to not kill the bot once) 20min i pushed, 20min i only lasthit and 20min i tried to freeze.

this was a pain in the ass to do and SOOOOO BORING but man it helped me more than you could imagine lol
