Example: Ekko fares well against mages when his cooldowns are up, so we're giving him the tools to engage more often. Phase Dive cooldown lowered.

My contribution: Darius fares well against enemy teams when he procs his passive, so we're giving him the tools to clean up fights more often. Apprehend now applies Hemorrhage, and Passive now grants Darius bonus movement speed scaling with Hemorrhage stacks.

That's the game, go nuts!

Teemo : Teemo fairs well against champions who focus on basic attacks, so we're giving him tools to accentuate this niche.

Stat Buff - Basic Attack Range: 500 >> 550

Q - Blinding Dart NEW PASSIVE: Basic attacks on enemies affected by Blinding Dart's blind will reduce the cooldown of this ability by 1 second (on-hit).

E - Toxic Shot NEW PASSIVE: Toxic Shot now deals 30/35/40/45/50% increased damage to enemies affected by Blinding Dart's blind.

Singed is good at escaping with a sliver of health, so we made it so that as long as someone is getting poisoned he is unable to drop below 10% hp.

Fiddlesticks is good in 1v1's, so we're giving him the tools to do it more often! Now when he fears someone, they phase out of this dimension and only they can affect one another for as long as the fear persists or fiddle has dealt damage to them within the last 3 seconds.

Give tryndameres ult some cc resist maybe a speed boost. Being slowed to oblivion and locked down every time you ult makes for a useless ult.

Rek'Sai fares well when she's tunneling around being slippery, so we're reducing the tunnel reuse cooldown at all ranks by 2 seconds: 10/8/6/4/2 --------> 8/6/4/2/0

Jhin's 4th shot is very powerful, but it takes a couple seconds, so now he attacks faster.

Reload and Attack Speed now scale with your bonus attack speed. (Like Graves)

Illaoi: Illaoi has to spawn tentacles if she wants to deal significant damage. Her tentacles are now invulnerable as long as she is close to them.

Tahm Kanch is a good teammate and overall pick when his W is up, but he has to decide whether to use it on his allies or enemies, and becomes irrelevant in fights once he does use it. So we're putting all three forms of Devour (Minion, Ally and Enemy Champ) on separate CDs to enable the catfish to get off the bench.

Yorick : Yorick's goal is to reduce the enemy base to a pile of concrete and magical rubble (Not unlike what we did the Luxreal ship) before 30 minutes, so we're giving him some extra damage to cement that.

Passive - Shepard of Souls: Yorick's Mistwalkers now deal an extra 1% of their target's total maximum HP as physical damage if they attack the Maiden of the Mist's target.

R - Eulogy of the Isles: The Maiden of the Mist can now mark Turrets that she attacks, giving Yorick and his Mistwalkers extra damage against them.

Poppy is really good at being as obnoxiously annoying as possible in teamfights by denying kills or engages, especially against mobile champions. Therefore, we will make Poppy's E an AoE while her W is active.

Velkoz fares well poking down enemies from afar and melting them with true damage. Because Assassins are OP, let's buff him.

Q- Plasma Fission Cooldown Reduced by 1 second. NEW Passive: If an enemy is hit by Plasma Fission while marked as Researched, they will take 10/20/30 percent more damage.

E- Tectonic Disruption Area affected 10% larger, so Assassins who rely on their cheeky dash strats to avoid you won't be doing that so often.

R- Lifeform Disintegration Ray 450/625/800 -----> 500/670/900 Total Damage Damage ticks do 12.5% of AP -----> 17.5% of AP, up to 175% of AP to targets.

Xerath does great at poking people from long rage, including Champions in the fog of war. Q now charges up faster and deals extra damage to champions in the fog of war.

I feel like the Ekko thing would have gone better if they had worded it differently. For example, something like this:

Ekko fares well against mages when his cooldowns are up, but when they aren't, he's at too much of a disadvantage. So, we're giving him the tools to engage more often. Phase Drive cooldown lowered.

Pantheon : Pantheon is the biggest lane bully in game. He's pretty broken. Lets make him more broken

Passive - Aegis Protection His passive will stack up to 3 times. Giving him 4 shields available at all times. (4 because his w resets his passive)

Q - Spear Shot Pantheon's spear impales the his enemy and applies damage over time because its impaled in them. So they bleed. I'm being realistic.

W - Aegis of Zeonia Pantheon leaps towards an enemy and stuns ALL nearby enemies.

E - Heartseeker Strike When all 3 ticks of Hearsteeker Strike hits an enemy champion it resets Spear Shot's cooldown.

R - Grand Skyfall If Pantheon lands right on top of an enemy they are stunned for 2 seconds.

This is just a mini-rework to make him broken

Swain is good at sustaining and dealing high damage over time.

Passive: You gain mana whenever a nearby unit dies, also mana amounts are changed

Small minion: 2% max mana Large minion small monster: 5% max mana Large monster: 10% max mana Kills: 20% max mana Epic monsters: 50% max mana

Q: Now damages all enemies in the area. The area size is increased by 200.

W: Area size is now equal to Q size. In addition, enemies above W, before it activates, are snared as long as they are taking damage from Q.

E: Increases all damage the enemy takes. The damage increase now affects all enemies in an aoe on the target.

R: Max birds at a time increased to 10, can affect enemies in the fog of war, and range increased to 1500. Kills while R is active restore 40% instead of 20% mana. Also grants immunity to grievous wounds while active.

MissFortune Her Q bounce is intended to be rewarding as a critical strike, particularly when used for poking as a kill shot on an enemy minion. So we're going to focus it even more on Critical Strike so Lethality builds do not benefit as much.

Q - Double Up

Critical Eye - The first shot may critically strike with chance equal to Miss Fortune's Critical Strike chance. The bounce shot of her Q will only critically strike when the first shot critically strikes or kills the target. Double Down - The Q bounce shot has doubled critical strike bonus damage. Gives you a reason to use those critical strike bonus damage runes while they still exist. Also, means IE brings the critical strike total damage from 250% to 400%.

Jinx fares really well in team fights when she can hit from far with her rockets, so we increased her auto attack range with fishbones by an additional 150

Passive: is global.

Q: charges now from 1 second knockup to 4 second knockup. Also, has her AP ratio back.

W: MOAR AP

E: cooldown reduced to .1 second.

R: slows inside ult area.

  3. Rakan fares well when he can engage with his ult w combo, so we made it so that whenever Rakan uses his W, he can put his ult on a 45 second cd to charm all people in the area, but not have the lasting effects
