Noxus icon at Lunar Revel?

So, at the beginning of the Lunar Revel 2018 i had that one mission where u can get the Noxus icon but i didn't get the Year of the dog icon yet. Does anybody know if i can still get that mission?

The Noxus mission was a bit before the Lunar Revel Event, but the Lunar Revel event is now over, so if you didn't do the mission then unfortunately you wont be able to get the icon
