TLDR: Friend thinks that Kayle wins laning phase to Yasuo, and he also thing conqueror sucks on Yasuo. Help.

SO! I was in a regular game of League of Legends, the best game on planet earth, and I was in Teamspeak with some friends. One of my friends is a Yasuo main so you can assume how he acts on a daily basis. Anyways, in this game I was playing this was a ranked game by the way, and I was facing against a . Kayle vs Yasuo. Now if any of you have played this matchup you know it is NOT easy laning phase. You have to play ultra safe or he's going to just chase you down and you can't escape. During laning phase I was complaining to a certain friend, the yasuo main... and I was like "wow this is so much fun" and he goes "What do you mean? You're kayle. You're broken. Just E Q W and he can't do anything." Really? he gets like 6 auto attacks off in the time I get 2. This yasuo also had Conqueror, and I was like "wow what a fun rune" and the yasuo main goes "Yeah conqueror sucks on yasuo."

He proceeds to say. "You have to hit FIVE TIMES it just sucks and fleet is better." and I'm like "Yeah I'm kayle, kayle can't even walk out of place or she dies." and he goes. He is biased so are you. Look up the stats.

Champselect is a dated but decent site. I havent used them in a while tbh

Yasuo wins laning phase and you are trolling if you dont use conqueror. What in the world can possibly replace it?

Predator? LOL Electrocute? Pointless Hail of blades? LOL Aery? LOL Comet? LOL Phase Rush? Y the Aftershock? Doesnt need it Grasp? LOL Guardian? ...... Klepto? He farms lives not pockets Lethal Tempo? No Press the attack? Maybe the 2nd best...

Conqueror synergizes better with his kit than NEARLY every other champion in the game. Tell your friend to climb out of Iron 12 before he attempts to have another opinion :D

Fleet Yas is alright since the nerfs, but Yasuo takes Conqueror largely for the free AD it gives and how easily he stacks it (ALWAYS AA your target after your ult. EaaQ2 ... Q3aa R stacks conqueror but if you hit a few Q3 or E+aa before going in, youll stack sooner and completely invalidate armor between Conq's 10% total pen + R 50% bonus pen.

(Level 18 rammus w/thorn+tabi has around 240 armor. Effectively 216 with 130 bonus, R means only 151 of his 241 armor is effecting you (plus the autoattack slow)

I've never played Yasuo or Kayle but I feel like Yasuo wins laning phase against anyone that has any variation of ranged attack. And All my friends that play Yasuo tend to bring conquer. Not sure if it helps your argument, I'm just a Nami main.

1.8 million points yasuo one trick here and conqueror is indeed the better option IF against tanks or bruisers. But if enemy team has full team of schuishies fleet isn't bad either. Yasuo counters Kayle pretty good in lane. But it's not impossible for a Kayle to go even in lane against him. But yeah, by default Yasuo counters Kayle now cause he can windwall most of her damage
