How to beat Bard as Veigar in AfO

Okay, so here's what you do: flame the entire game because you went from 9-0 to 15-10. Get fewer kills as a team because you don't know what Exhaust looks like and you can't coordinate stuns or moves. Then when two of the enemies disconnect because they have to leave, you'll win.

Simple as that.
