The League Client is (still) moving to a new storage design (making your local install better), MSI has started (wee bit early morning games for some of us), 9.9 nerfed everyone’s favorite fallen angel, and it was a slow week server side!

Player Support Issues:

With Patch 9.9 out, as always, take a gander at patching issues if you have problems patching!

Since basically there’s basically nothing wrong on our end this week, that doesn’t mean there’s nothing we can’t talk about! If you have some questions around Live Service as a thing (Sorry, we don’t balance champions), or having any issues, we’re more than happy to try to answer if we can!

I like these updates. It's nice to see updates even if they aren't particular eventful. Makes the company feel more transparent.

Stop nerfing akalis shroud and nerf her damage im akali 1 trick and im trying to help you riot. Simply i don't want to have to find another playestyle for my champion every patch. So please stop nerfing her shroud,rever it to 10 seconds,revert Q healing and nerf her R2base damage and ap ratio and passive ad/ap ration and she will be balanced. Thank tou for reading this!

how are you going to cure the toxic community if the community itself is to toxic to fix itself? I've had a lot of friends tell me they may join league to SEE the toxic community for themselves, even being told by others its the worst community. People getting banned for defending themselves non toxic but verbally and you still allow reports from toxic players go through for "fairness" and go after the victim for reasonably talking back. Why not review the persons report request first BEFORE letting blitz bot take over, I know its tribunal talk, but we have patience with having a proper judge review things. WE don't want insta-bans. we want proper approaches to whoever makes a report whether they should even place a report or not for them making problems. Alot of people I've talked to out of the boards agree, but anytime i made a post in my old account about these reasons are all downvoted. it feels more like a conspiracy

What is the league back end uptime like for the year? i don't know if you can share actual numbers, but figured i'd ask. is it close to 6 9s?
