Hello all, just started getting Glyphs would like insight for top laner flat v scale on Mag Resist.
I generally play 
, and on occasion 
(bot of course.)
Cross ref with MOBA though and I see many guides do a split of flat and scale for tops, while others just do flat.
I'm guessing with top lane champs scaling is the way to go?
imo, top lane doesnt see a whole lot of magic damage usually. Off my head I think they = flat rune effectiveness at lvl 10, which would mean they are slightly below when you actually leave lane for team fights, but probably not to a deciding factor. Bot lane absolutely should be flat over scaling though, as sup damage is very commonly ap.
Its not that there not ap tops. They just aren't all very popular.

Depends who i'm facing. Ill take flat against shyvana and renekton, scaling against anybody without any magic damage.
