Renekton Slice and Dice Question

Hey Reds!

Was there ever any speculation about changing Renekton's Slice and Dice to make the second dash require the use of Fury to activate it?

I've thought for a while now this might be a good way to tone down his lane-bullying power, but I have no idea if this is where he really needs tweaks or not. I've played him since release, in mostly non-ranked matches, and I don't find he is at all challenging to win trades with in lane.

If he couldn't just automatically "Dice" after "Slicing" through a minion wave, I'm sure it would open up more counterplay, but perhaps it's too heavy-handed of a pattern change for the ol' Corc?

Personally I find the point of balancing the rage and/or choosing whether to burn a rage proc on the second dash to actually use it is enough. While mt favorite champ, he is very strong and downright easy to win lane with most of the time though I do agree. Hvae you heard about the current PBE changes o him right now? Switching the fury bonus from armor shred -->a small slow and hitting his early QW damages and what not
