Curse: Dragon Timers, Baron Timers, Party Member Ult Timers. Fair game?

So seen that there is a tool that will auto time Baron's, Dragons, and your teams Ults. (unsure if it works against your enemies) I haven't looked heavily into it, but I was wondering on what everyone thought were on this. Cool addition that should be added to the Game, or kept as a downloadable tool, and is it fair to others that don't use it?

I can see all points of view on this, I mean anyone could download it and use it but for those who don't won't they be at a disadvantage? Or should Riot add their own to the game perhaps? What do ya'll think hm?
