Haven't played kog maw for a little while, but when I recently went back to him I noticed his movement speed went down by 5. Is this an error? It was never mentioned in any patch notes that it was getting reduced, and I also feel like if any adc should have a 335 ms it should be kog maw. Please give some clarity and thank you =)

's movement speed supposed to be 330? I don't know, but if you are saying he needs a 335 movement speed, I would say you're absolutely right. He needs to keep up with enemies so that he can Ult them in succession. With 
he would have exactly 400 movement speed if his base speed was 335; Not including runes and masteries.
Kog'Maw's base movement speed is meant to be at 330. Personally, I feel like that is how it should be. His lack of mobility and escapes is what allows Kog'Maw to have the late game power that he has in his kit while still maintaining a clear risk to reward situation.
Edit: Also for the record, Kog'Maw doesn't have the lowest movement speed out of the champions that Riot classifies as Marksmen. They actually are grouped by movement speed into three groups: 325 base movement speed, 330 base movement speed, and 335 base movement speed. Kog'Maw actually falls into the middle group.
