Fizz still needs to be fixed

From my observations in game since the patch. Fizz still is needs to rework. The main problem with this champion is the dodge everything and jump in your face. 1)You cannot counter with slow/cc not even exhaust ahead of the jump because he would be jumping at the same time 2)The jump + dash + r combined range is way too long, fizz can literally R someone one screen away
