Idea for implementing bans in Team Builder

Team builder is all about putting together that amazing team and picking who you want/finding a group who wants you. All this means is it is FUN, you don't counterpick or instalock because of rushing, you build a team that looks awesome and have a go at it.

Well what if you could do the same thing for bans? Pick X, X, X, and say "We aren't fighting them this game, give us an enemy queue that doesn't involve them."
