What major buffs and nerfs are we going to see for season 4?
just curios. i personally don't want to see any nefs, just buff anyone who isn't at par cough gangplank cough, as well as a couple more items to buy.

Yes I do think more items would benefit us. There really aren't enough hybrid items. Plus the more items that are available means that people can play different for each game. They also need to make more flat armor pen items instead of percent pen.
We need items that ADC's can't abuse that way they don't nerf every other class that uses the items.
