Quitter mindset....

Okay so, I'm very annoyed at all these people who this game, and as soon as something goes wrong "well, that's gg" or "wow we can't win now" and they try to surrender immediately. I mean, really?? I guess rough starts are just too much for these so called "good" players. Everyone wants to "win" in this game the most easy ways. What's the point of that? Where's the fun in just having a win handed to you?

I would much rather have a constant tug of war against the enemy, with 20 team fights, just to see who will come out on top. That is what makes this game fun, and exciting. I wouldn't even care so much if I were to have lost a game like that, because it would have been an extremely fun match, and well worth the time played. I've played games where we won quite easily and I was just like "we won, cool." but it wouldn't be satisfying.

But nope, everyone wants to just have a win handed to them, never trying to get that hard win. How do you expect to get better, if people just lay down and let you run all over them? You have to play against people who are at the same skill level as you, or at least a little better, so you can learn new things about your play style, and the others play styles. It also allows you to learn new limitations to your champs that you may have known. Whether it be something as big as when you can go Q, E+W, into R, or simply when to use a quick knock-up to get away, or even learning that your champs movement speed is actually quite slow, so you might want to be a little further back.

I just can't stand these players that just give up, simply because of a rough start. I mean, I've had games where I started horribly, literally 0/3 in the first 6 minutes with mediocre CS, but then I turned it around, into a 10/5 with somewhat decent CS and we won that game. But that is just one example of many. Comebacks happen all the time, it just take being able to adapt to others, and not quitting at the first sign of a struggle.

Agree, even with a mediumly fed team, teamwork and tactics can win the game for them!

I strongly agree with you. The worst part is that players see super minions in their base and they go "gg". I guess by seeing it as more gold, defend and build opportunity, the tables can be turned.

I've actually started doing this recently.

Before you start arguing that I shouldn't be doing this, there are some games where the matchmaking is extremely unbalanced, either in my favor, or for the other team. Sometimes, when players want to sit around and blame each other, I'd rather lose that match than to see some of those players advance. I'm talking about the players who are behind and continue to push without warding and then blame whoever was jungle. Don't hate me if you don't feel the same way, because I rarely do this, I love a hard game; just not an impossible one.

I'm only Silver 1, so this attitude shouldn't be a surprise...

This is all great and everything , We don't really have a problem with playing roles, if your a true player you should be able to fill in any game..

My main question is why don't you do something about rage quitters and DC's In ranked and solo Q's..

Like If someone DC's or rage quits on your team you shouldn't get a loss because your playing 4v5 .. You should be able to leave the game safely and not be pentalized for it if you have someone that dc's or Rage quits..

Dota 2 has this option why cant you have that happen in this game? I'm so sick of playing ranked Q to have a DC and cost me a game .. That's BS.. Please consider adding this into your Beta or start another Beta!
