New item: Earthen Shroud -> Mountain Soul
I have a concern for my favorite class in the game, tanks. With the nerfs to

The idea behind these items are to benefit bruisers and tanks with low mobility, by giving them an alternative path from
Some champions don't need all that mana, and I think this will synergise nicely with the other armor options without making it crowd out other armor builds. If tanky champions do not have kill potential, then they should be rewarded by sticking to their squishies and peeling, by giving debuff stats to the assailants. We have items that reduce attack speed, but none that reduce damage potential that are not shields.
Without further ado, here are my item ideas, stats, costs, build path and explenation for each.
**Earthen Shroud **
The idea behind this item is to be able to make tanks a bit more resiliant by the mid game, giving them a viable option if they fall behind the assassins, needing hp instead of mana. It is an alternative path inspired by Glacial Shroud
Recipe:
(300 gold) +
(400 gold) combine cost 250 gold = 950 gold, same price as 
Stats: 250 health 20 armor 10% cooldown reduction
Upgrade path:
Mountain Soul
This item is intended to be an alternative to glacial shroud, for when a tank simply doesn't need all the mana, upgrade for Earthen Shroud
Recipe: Earthen Shroud (950 gold) +
(1000 gold) + 650 combine cost = 2600 gold, same price as Frozen heart
Stats: 350 health 100 armor 20% CDR Unique aura Impervious or Sap: Reduces total/bonus AD of nearby enemies by 10%
I'm bad at math, so i'm not sure if 10% is crazy high or low, or which is better for total AD or bonus AD for balance purpouses... But the idea behind this item is to make tanks be tanks versus assassins, marksmen and fighters that rush a lot of damage and armor pen, making them have to do a little bit more work to get their kill. This item may give tanks the option to build a single utility such as michaels crucible or medallion or dps item without fear of falling behind too far.
