When your game becomes playable again im tired of playing ranked games with people who look like they just started playing yesterday im tired of playing with people that have no intention of winning im tired of the constant harassment that's prevalent from at least 1 player every game usually more send me an email when you have either added a higher level cap before being able to play ranked matches or a stricter ban system. worst player community ive ever seen.
find a ranked team. solo q sucks.

If the community is such a put off for you then please leave. We are most definitely not perfect, but this is how we are right now and it is very clear to me that you do not seem willing to put any effort in to make the community better. So please leave.
There are a very large amount of people who play this game and who are just learning how to play. I fully am behind the stance that not everyone is ready for ranked as soon as they hit 30, but thats not how it is. There are a lot of people out there who don't know what they are doing wrong. Most commonly because no one has told them what they are doing wrong, they just harass and blame them for their loss. I played a game recently as ADC with a thresh support who very clearly had played thresh like twice before. It sucked, we lost. oh, well. I made it a point to not get mad at this supp. That would only cause him to tilt and play worse and possible cause him to be put off the game. Instead I tried to coach him up as much as I possibly could. It made a huge difference. At the end of the game he was not even close to the same Thresh player, still needed alot of work, but I definitely put him on the right path. Which brings me to my next point to why I no longer want you to be a part of this community. Play to get better. Not to win. This I have to win mentality is sickening. It serves no real purpose. If you focus on making sure every game you play is better than your last then your wins will come.
So the tl;dr: In my opinion you are the kind of person that is bringing this community down. You complain about how the community is bad but do nothing to change. Cya later, hope the door hits you in the ass.
