LUCIAN ULTIMATE REWORK/BUFF

Lucian

Seriously Lucian needs a buff in his ult. I know his passive was buffed but all he is really good for is clearing minion waves with his ultimate. I'm proposing a complete new rework of his ultimate so that he can actually secure kills with it.

Ultimate Rework

{{summoner:9}}

Basically his ultimate would be like Lux's except it would deal his normal 300% damage to minions.

-150 Damage + (100% AD) + (20% AP)/ -225 Damage + (110% AD) + (35% AP)/ -335 Damage + (125 % AD) + (40% AP)

How it would scale per level. In addition to this the cast time would be .85 seconds and would decrease in damage the more minions it hit, but cause a slowing effect if it hit a champion but didn't kill the champ. Its movement is equal to Lucian's. This ultimate allows Lucian to wander between lanes and last hit or assist in kills.

Ultimate Buff

{{summoner:16}}

(Much more throroughly thought through ultimate that I thought of)

Same ultimate except per level Lucian would gain a stack during the duration of the ultimate. These stack every time he kills a minion with his ultimate up to 30x and provides Lucian +1.25 movement speed per stack during the duration of the ultimate. The stacks however remain even after the ultimate (the movement speed doesn't) and if Lucian uses his ultimate again they continue to stack. Half the stacks are consumed if Lucian uses Relentless Pursuit during his ultimate in addition the ability doesn't cost mana. This ultimate allows Lucian to take down priority targets he is chasing and secure kills while clearing waves of minions and being double rewarded in gold and small movement speed.

Any thoughts on either of these?

I absolutely love Lucian and I love his ultimate - I actually think Lucian might need a nerf, if anything. His passive allows him to deal excellent damage without having to build attack speed (hence why they made his ult scale off attack speed - to offer a trade off between damage on his passive or damage on his ultimate).

His ultimate is hard to land, but it fills a niche depending on how you build it and the situation you are currently in. His ult clears waves of minions extremely easily, his ult can act as a kill secure in case the enemy is out of aa range, and/or it can act as his main source of damage. His ult does take practice and there are going to be times when it gets interrupted or the enemy easily dodges it, but I think it is pretty decent as is.

Would love to hear more opinions on this - I'm definitely no expert at LoL, so advice and opinions are awesome! :)
