Bug with udyr

So, last game I was jungling as Udyr and, on my second trip to blue, as soon as I entered the bush and flipped to phoenix, the character model disappeared and was replaced with a small glowing red ball.

I tried re-logging in and changing graphics settings to the lowest, but to no avail. Also, when I switched stances, the ball would change colors between red, green, blue and orange. Hit boxes seemed to stay the same, but it is next to impossible to play without seeing your character.

Some more information, I was using the Spirit Guard skin. Have yet not been able to reproduce in custom games
