Is Sejuani's Q bugged?
First of all, as a warrior of intense pride, it is my conviction that victory must be legitimate. When something has aided me unfairly -- for example, in a way that is out of my own control -- I consider it a galling invasion of my dignity, that has devalued my efforts and demeaned my triumph. If anything gets in the way of an honest show of power, it is my duty to call attention to it and distance myself from it. Then again, perhaps this announcement is for nothing. Maybe I really am just that good.
I use Q when the enemy takes action, and I time it like this because in stopping them at these moments, when they feel they are safe to act, I assert my dominance. It tells them, "no, you are not allowed to do that". When they do finally get to do that, it's only with my permission. They will take every bit of CS in the knowledge that I am allowing them to, because, to me, it is no matter; I have deemed it a negligible event. "Go ahead," I tell them, wordlessly. "Have some gold. If I could, I'd give you some of mine. What difference does it make to me what you do with it?" This gives the sense that I am a somewhat capricious leader: it's all the same to me, but perhaps I'll stop you from time to time, just because I felt like it.
Then they begin to wonder: perhaps he isn't so capricious. Perhaps this is just a game to him. He wants me to believe I'm at the mercy of whatever violent impulse that occurs to him, but, all along, he's been in control of himself; I have in fact been at the mercy of something much more formidable; not just a strong body, but a strong mind. Every step of the way, he has kept himself in check, held himself back. Why would such a forceful individual do this? they'd ask themselves. They'd think, coming closer to the answer on their own, He must be calculating the entire battle. He's controlled my perception of things, wrapping my mind around his finger like it was yarn, only to dull the sensation of his desire to eradicate me completely. In that case, shouldn't I be glad that it hasn't happened already? From then on, they move on tip-toes, careful not to disrupt anything.
But none of that would mean a thing if my Q was bugged. Sometimes Q deals two times as much damage or more. I don't know why. I've wondered if maybe the minions are hitting the enemy at the same time and the damage happens so rapidly that I'm seeing it as coming from one move, but sometimes it seems that isn't the case. When I take Sejuani top, all it takes is for this to happen one time, and suddenly the enemy thinks it's going to happen every time and they let me free farm. Has this happened for anyone else?
