From total noobie to Challenger in 2 weeks? Real or not?

I wonder if i could to go from total noobie in TFT to Challenger in 2 weeks.

What we have:

1. I dont know LoL heroes.
2. I dont know LoL items.
3. I actually played 3-5 TFT games 5-6 months ago.
4. I played DAC [Top rank - Rook 1]
5. I played Dota Underlords [Top rank - #30+/- in the world]

So I wonder what rank I can get in 2 weeks here if I would play 8 hours per day. What is your predictions for me? What thoughts?

PS: I will stream all the way, will be happy to see u on my channel. Feel free to give me advises about game. Stream Shedule: 5am-1pm (UTC +0) I need some good strats guys, help me!
