Fraps recording window mode game camera problem

Hello guys, i was trying to record some League of Legends gameplay some days ago and the camera would not move along with the cursor... anyone experienced the same probelm? i was recording in window mode... In fullscreen i'm sure it will work. I've tried with other softwares and the probelm does not happen. I'm using Fraps by the way...
