Rewards for matching Matches

So any one else always having issues watching the matches where it prompts " some thing went wrong please refresh for rewards"

but no matter how many times you refresh you never get the rewards?

Ok so watched last nights stream. and once again I didn't get any rewards for it..

this is getting old cause I've missed out on the rewards for watching the matches.. this entire season cause I get a pop up saying "oops some thing went wrong please refresh for rewards." in the red bar on the bottom

Mine works almost exculsively when I watch through the app.
