Terrible player looking for advice

Hey everyone, im new to the whole recording my games thing and i was looking for some constructive criticism on my gameplay i would like to be a better player and i know by asking for this i will also get destructive criticism(dont be to mean lol). I mainly play Jungle or Support, and sometimes dabble in mid lane. Any and all help will be appreciated.
