I think Wu deserves a shout for someone that can get you out of bronze. He's pretty easy to pick up, and the full AD wukong works extremely well down in the bronze/silver area.

I have a 100% loss rate with Annie in ranked. Won 0/8 games. I'm Bronze 5.
A champion being good doesn't mean that playing him/her will suddenly make you better.

I feel like Nasus/Tryn are counting on your team giving you time alone, when a lot of games in bronze/silver become both teams rushing to group. Having to convince your team to avoid fighting when both teams group sounds difficult.
Agreed on Annie and Sejuani, though.
I now how to get out of Bronze/Silver. My advice is this: GET SKILL
good picks. Tryn would be the hardest to play effectively for players learning him though.
Right on bro. I'm practicing my stacking/splitpushing with my dog 
, and in games where my teammates don't straight up feed hard like idiots, I end up destroying my lane and it takes 3 enemies to take me down. I like not having to rely on my team, there is no reason to have blind trust in people in soloQ and Bronze5 elo I have met some of the biggest idiots in existence.
BTW how can you forget
