Help Please! Technical advice on how to upload captures needed
Anyone have any advice of how to get a stream from Twitch uploaded to YouTube?
I'm hoping there's a simple way that doesn't sacrifice quality

If its your own content on twitch, you can download the video or upload directly to youtube from the video manager. You can also save your outgoing video as you stream depending on what you're using to stream.
If its someone else's, you can use something like streamlink to redirect incoming stream data to file output. You'd be able to save past broadcasts or even currently airing streams.
