Playing League With Verizon FIOS

So, this has been an ongoing issue. Verizon and Riot seem to hate eachothers guts, apparently.

I started recording this game about 13:00 minutes in. The video's 20 minutes long, so you don't have to watch the whole thing, but this is what it looks like to play with Verizon FIOS right now. The lag is literally absurd.

Projectiles vanish, you take damage out of nowhere, your AA's disappear, people teleport all over the place, etc.

If anybody has any suggestions regarding good ISP's to switch to in SoCal, that'd be great.

Yeah hopefully RIOT can address this issue

Not T-Mobile. I have 93 ping that randomly becomes 480 ping or 150 ping and stays like that for 10 minutes at a time. My cousin's time warner cable is pretty good though, about 70 ping from LA and it's very stable.
