Tanky Heimerdinger, the tanky bait.

You pretty much want to go full HP regen. It's not very known, but after a small change to his passive Riot gave Heim the highest base HP/per 5 in the game. HP regen items now (with the exception of Warmogs that is based of your max health) give you a percentage of your base HP/per 5 as health regen. So stacking a ton of regen items actually make you stupidly tanky.
