How can i convert a ROFL file into something I can upload to YouTube?

a few of my friends have asked for my replays but once the patch hits, theyre unable to view them again. How can I convert them and save them as mp4/etc files?

Record them. You can make clips in the replay client or use some streaming software to record it.
