You may be able to receive direct help with your problem if you contact Riot support by submitting a ticket. (The link is 'SUPPORT' in cyan blue at the bottom of every league boards web page.)
Be sure to include a screenshot of your purchase history from the game client. Riot support usually will get back to you within 2 or 3 days.
