Riot- Please listen to your Content Creators

All it took was one little man pouring his little heart out into making a video to voice his opinion on the state of League and League content creators to make me cry like I've never cried before.
Why does Riot support the dying of original content creators? Why did Riot never support original content creators in any way, either through sponsorship or some reward system? Why does Riot value the LCS over making their game fun and enjoyable for their players? Why does Riot constantly flaunt the LCS in our faces when in actuality the LCS is even more boring than the actual game?
Those were all the questions I asked myself during and upon the ending of Ross' video.
I'm going to be honest myself, I hate stream highlights. I hate that they're the ONLY League videos produced now. I hate how they're essentially cookie cutter content. I hate how everything played there is just a meta pick. I hate how there's no flashy edits in the videos. I hate how every stream highlight is essentially the same as the last. I hate how there's no humor in League content anymore. I hate how streamers are only doing it to put food on the table and not for the fun of the game. And I hate how they constantly have to use clickbait to bring people in instead of thinking of creative video titles and thumbnails.
However my main question is this....which does Riot favor more, or to put it more bluntly, does Riot care about the LCS or the overall fun of the game more?
Riot, this is directed at you, I hope you have the courage to respond to this. To give you further incentive to answer I WILL NOT be toxic in any way shape or form and I will respect your opinion if you favor the LCS more. I purely want an answer here.
At the end of the day all me and committed original League content creators just want to know is whether or not it's safe to rely on this game for income and/or our enjoyment. For if we find out that you guys are not looking to improve the situation to better original League content creators they all might as well quit, and the play for fun players might as well quit with them, since there'd be no purpose in us staying besides increasing that little number called player count.
As a side note, I'm especially sad about the case with Dunkey, Keyori and Siv HD. They were pretty much your pioneers of League of Legends content and yet they received little to no praise from you guys apart from occasionally mentioning them in the client. Meanwhile LCS players have your full support and even if no one supports them from the general community you guys will have their backs.
This is why League is dying, and dying quickly. People may say it's not, but just look at how many people are complaining about the game compared to any other season. This has also been occurring over the past 2 and 1/2 years, so this isn't new. If you wish to disprove this then please do so by posting the playercount of League at present.
