The counterplay is staying in fountain.
I feel like the damage done by dark harvest should NOT be affected by Stormrazor, that just seems absolutely insane to me. Actually, I feel like Dark Harvest shouldn't be able to crit AT ALL because at that point it's basically like you just get +300 bonus AD for your first auto if you're farming well.
