You'd have more luck if you put out an ad for editing services on a freelancing website. If you don't want to pay a contractor probably $50+/hour, you could look up some tutorials and try your hand at doing some basic editing on your own.
really 50$ for hour looks a lot. especially for a new account. do people earn that much on youtube lol?
