Streaming spec requirements?

Sup guys! So i've been wondering if my PC has minimal standards in order to stream on twitch? I currently run: Windows 7 Professional / Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7500 @2.93GHz / 4Gigs RAM / 32-bit operating system. Radeon5450 Silent edition graphics card.
