Langrisser Mobile Ad?

I get a lot of different Langrisser ads on YouTube but the one I got this time threw me off because they were using RISE, not even a cover either, over their gameplay. The false advertising on these games is bad enough but if they're just straight up taking music that doesn't belong to them that's too far.

I just saw this ad too! I contacted Riot Support to let them know, but I have no clue if it was actually licensed or if they're just ripping it like so many of their other ads rip content and try and present it as their own.
