The new, fan made Warwick's ultimate mechanic

it looks cool and seems really cool but i dont see it being healthy, those that are really good with it will be absolutly broken not to mention it could potentially be by far the longest suppress in the game, also not good XD but i do rly like the thought process, how do u plan on having it work? would each hit do reduced damage? and what about all the on hit effects?
