So the points of your video are twisted cause you try to tackle to many issues at once. Not one of these issues actually are about new players getting into league or how to get them to stop playing bots.

There is nothing wrong with smurfs. I have a friend who makes a new smurf every year cause he takes 6 months breaks and can not handle playing against experienced players after such a long time and needs to relearn the game. The fact that yous say that people should not make smurfs is a joke and ruins anything that could be creditable with the piece. What is BS, what has real meaning, becomes the question when this is done and the whole thing just becomes a joke.

What you could of just focused on is new players being harassed on by experienced players. It is a legit point but not even close to what you titled the thread about. This has nothing to do with new players getting into league it is purely about keeping them in league.

I personally think new players(real new) need to stay on bots till level 20. Their is no reason for players to teach another in a pvp game. Why help someone that eventually may become a competitor? Now i am not saying someone will not ever choose to, but their is no driving force to help new players. You just say that they should when it does nothing to help the person themselves.

Anything i tell people in game is not blanket theory, its what they need to do in that specific situation. Actually helping people means teaching them the theory and the why things are happening and the how and why this counters. None of that happens in a game. People like you that say teach in game need to get serious.
