3D Angle League of Legends tool

Now that Creator Suite has been discontinued, what do i use now. I have a perfect re-enactment of the Aatrox B-Twist and i want to record that. Is there any other tool that we can use or will be forever stuck to the monotone crappy bird's eye view.
