As an Assassin ahri main, i'm getting VERY mixed emotions with this, mostly negative. For one, the lack of a Movement speed on Q makes her Q feel so ridiculously empty and makes her not safe at all and makes her very immobile, allowing for her to have a extremly weak early game, and unable to escape without the use of ulti, which now has much longer CD. Secondly because of that lack of MS in Q, it makes her so redicuously dependant on R for mobility, making her extremly slow and not as agile as she used to be (she now only has 375 movement speed with teir 2 boots wtf!), which makes her less safe, and her ultimate isnt meant to be a damage tool AT ALL, and is mostly used for repositioning. Yes, you get 5 dashes, but it just makes you more annoying and rely even more on ultimate, and focus around team fighting ahri, which ahri IS NOT MEANT for teamfighting. and when your ulti goes off CD you're an immobile and useless as hell mage. Cooldown on ahri was never a problem. it was her damage output, and doing this severly hurts her and makes her very weak. The rework giving charm the ability to make her other spells do 20% more dmg was a better idea, since it's how you ALWAYS start ahri's combos, and with this, itd increase her damage output, WHICH IS WHAT ALL AHRI MAINS WANTED AND make her assassin ahri, therefore increasing her damage ouput and making her have a better laning phase, better ganking, and better team fighting as well. This rework is a BAD idea rito and a huge nerf to her, on top of gutting all of her damage output...
