OBS trouble

Everytime I set up OBS for league, the stream freezes in frames of 5, anyone know how to fix, I use the same for setting Background and Afk Streams but those dont freeze. I need help setting OBS for league fo legends. I dont have a good PC but it still runs league at 60 Fps when OBS is active.
