Adc Tier List Patch 9.10 ( personal opinion)
What are your thoughts, not only on my list but your own opinions as well.

I don't agree with the fact that Jinx is B Tier. I think she's S tier because she's so good in teamfights after two items(IE and Runcanns). Also Luc. Lucian is not A tier, at best he's B because Crit Adcs are meta right now and Luc can't do enough damage mid-late game to keep up with them.
Jinx is actually S tier, agreed on even in High Elo according to Mobalytics. She's ridiculously overtuned with 3 compensational patches where she was buffed, and where two of them were gamechangingly large for her, and then they partially reverted crit items, making her even MORE powerful.
Her and Sivir are legit S tier GOD picks for practically any player to pick up and play. Insane scaling, safe laning, and amazing teamfights make them have literally no weaknesses.
She's like Aatrox in the sense that only 1 champion in the entire game has a positive winrate against her in the role of botlane, which is Twitch. Aatrox's is Quinn. Both have extremely niche counters, and it's not even that hard of a counter.
