ADC Tier List Patch 8.24B - Personal Opinion!

Ashe isnt good for her damage early as much as her utility, she can easily snowball her ganking jungler/midlane post 6 and even before that she is good at helping ganks with W and autos even if she doesnt really do any notable damage.

She has a massive issue with assassins, long range mages and high burst divers as well as certain supports, even if she is surprisingly good at handling botlane lanebully marksmen and her lategame DPS is also very good......inferior to kog/vayne but her ult/E makes up for that.

Ezreal is actually powerful IMO but he is a bit lacking against tankier champs unlike say Ashe with her Q steroid which eventually ends up melting things if she gets to fire freely, but he is much better against assassins and divers in return, heck some of his builds are outright pumping out burst with good ability usage which can drive squishies into a corner very quickly given his range and ability to jump around.

Jhin......i actually dont know for sure having played him very little but he seems to be good against pretty much anything that doesnt stack armor, if you happen to play him into a good ali/leo though its going to get tough fast.

Lucian and Vayne are the two i think are the most powerful when played like a boss, absolutely terrifying to deal with standing heads and shoulders above everyone else, they are good against everything and at everything, perhaps possible to stop very early but they quickly become very strong and difficult to deal with.

Kai sa is good all around but not quite on the same level as the two above but she is still extremely good at surviving and dealing with almost anything.

Jinx and Twitch are two other picks i think are great, they have more cases when they struggle far more than the above picks but when not completely oppressed they can carry extremely hard basically outperforming everyone else.

Sivir and cait have this idea around them of being "good at staying alive" but they simply dont perform this as well as the top 3 and their damage isnt good enough to rival Jinx/twitch under better circumstances.

Draven is a true snowball reliant lanebully, either he goes on to stomp your lane and kills everyone in a few hits or he fails and doesnt do anything,,,,,which means he is absolutely lethal in the hands of a main but not so much for others.
